To meet a wide range of customer needs, this product is available in a range of different models for various loads. The hoist can be used with a wide variety of devices, such as lifting frames, multi-purpose carriages, mortar cylinders, etc. This allows it to adapt to different kinds of application scenarios, such as building construction and maintenance, roof photovoltaic installation, and logistics cargo handling.

Product Details

Rail Top Section

This section is installed at the top of the rail. It features a steel wire rope reversing wheel that secures the wire rope from falling, providing increased safety. Its carbon steel welding structure makes this section particularly solid and durable.

Roof Support Bracket

This piece provides support to the guide rails on the roof to ensure stability and protect the roof from damage.

Adjustable Angle Section

The adjustable angle section can be adjusted between 138 ° – 160 ° to allow the rails to fit properly to the roof or other inclined surfaces.

Load Carrying Device

For the safe transportation of goods, this robust and durable device is welded with carbon steel and offers a safety catch mechanism in case the wire rope should break.

Multi-Purpose Lifting Box

The convenient and easy-to-use lifting box can be used to carry a wide range of materials.

Rail Section Connectors

By using special bolts and eye nuts, the connections between rail sections can be installed and disassembled without tools, while still meeting the required torque.

Standard Rail Sections

The standard sections are built with high-strength aluminum alloy.
There are 4 standard lengths available: 2 m, 1 m, 0.75 m and 0.5 m.
Other lengths can be customized upon request.

Guide Rail Supports

The length of the guide rail support can be easily adjusted from 5.4 m to 7.2 m to provide support to guide rails of different heights. Whenever the length of the rails exceeds 11 m, these guide rail supports must be installed to offer appropriate support.

LeBus grooved drum

The 3S Material Hoist uses LBS rope groove design. The grooves on the drum ensure the orderliness and even stress of multiple layers of wire rope during winding, reducing friction and extrusion deformation, so that the service life of the wire rope is greatly extended.

Drive Unit

The drive unit features a manual lowering function, that allows the load carrying device to be lowered to the ground manually in case of a power failure. It is also equipped with a rope winding device and casters for easy transportation. Model MH03L250-expert also offers a frequency conversion control system that makes the hoist start and stop more smoothly.

Reliable

  • Safety catch mechanism: Should the wire rope break, the load carrying device will be locked on the guide rail immediately to prevent it from falling
  • Overload monitoring: The overload alarm is triggered if the load surpasses 120% of the rated load. After it is triggered, the up and down keys of the remote control can no longer be used, and the buzzer will sound and flash
  • Power failure protection: In case of a power failure or emergency stop, the motor holding brake will be automatically engaged, and the load carrying device can be manually lowered to the ground, using the brake lever
